Jenny works across the group’s finance, property and legal businesses, so she understands a client’s situation in the round — the loan, the home, the relationship, the paperwork — not just the legal slice of it. That bigger picture helps her ask the right questions early and connect people to the help they actually need.
She supports Chinese-speaking clients in Mandarin from first contact through to resolution, bridging language and the unfamiliar parts of the Australian system so nothing is lost in translation.
